**The shopping floor/dock pick up will be closed July1 to July 5 for inventory. CFR trucks will be operating on a normal schedule.

Note, only 60 days can be open at one time. If one day is closed it is the 61st day and will open the next day.

First Name = Agency Number and Agency Name

Last Name = Your first and last name-Your agency number is on your shoppers card.
